FIRST STEPS
Once we make contact, we'll arrange an initial 20-minute call - the first step in our potential work together. This initial conversation provides a space for us to connect, where you can share what brings you to therapy and explore any questions about my approach or the therapeutic process.
This first meeting helps us both determine if we're a good fit for working together. While some people know right away, you're welcome to take a few days to reflect on our interaction before deciding.
If we choose to work together, we'll establish a clear therapeutic agreement. This includes confidentiality terms, our agreed schedule and cancelation policy. We typically begin with an initial timeframe of 8 weeks, giving us both a natural point to review our work together.
After our initial 8 weeks, you can choose to conclude therapy or continue on an open-ended basis, depending on your needs and progress.
Investment: £110 (50 minutes / session, online or in-person). The initial call is free.
